Purchases over $1500 require a 50% deposit to begin production and payment in full by certified funds (cashier's check) before delivery. Deposits are expedited by certified funds, since production commences only after moneys are cleared by local banks. Even money orders have been held by the banks. Since major financial outlays are made based on customer deposits, refunds are denied once production has begun. Credit Card payments are surcharged 3%. • Standard finish is white powder coat. Standard upholstery is black. Special colors sometimes require a surcharge. • Depending on product, standard delivery is 75 days after clearance of deposited funds. • Demand for prototypical products may, at times, push a finished product to fruition if the customer's needs can be met with the understanding that longer delivery times are required.
