The Nautilus Super Pullover

Retrofit The same said regarding bearings in the Biceps/Triceps machine is true for the Super Pullover: The movement arm is so well supported and allows for so many (six) open bearings that there is no imperative to mandate sealed roller bearings in this case. There remains one exception: A sealed bearing is required in each of the drive and redirectional sprockets in the entry/exit mechanism. They free wheel during the exercise and can sustain substantial forces from the legs during exit and entry.

The retrofit cams have been retimed thus relocating the block movement arm counterweights. The necessary hardware for Keflar conversion is included. Range of motion is delimited for greater safety and the back pad is mounted two inches further forward.

Reengineered Machine This machine includes all of the improvements associated with the retrofit with the addition of extruded plastic tube protectors to abate damage to the finish in the most likely locations of the feet and belt strike.
