The Nautilus Neck & Shoulder Machine

Retrofit This product includes a cam and drive sprocket assembly for the earlier and taller Neck and Shoulder I as well as the required redirectional bracket. This comes with Keflar conversion hardware.

The Neck and Shoulder II version is identical except the redirectional bracket is unnecessary.

An additional touch to the retrofit for the Nautilus Neck & Shoulder machine is to reduce the fore/aft width of the movement arm (forearm) pads. Desired is for the upper pad to be trimmed to the front edge of its bracket and the lower pad to be trimmed back to the rear edge of its bracket. This greatly improves the fit and lock of the forearms for smaller users.

This trimming, however, causes the force to be less distributed, but this is remedied by the inclusion of firm-density DynafoamŪ pads available to fit this machine from SuperSlow® at an extra charge.

Reengineered Machine. This product possesses the same improvements as included and suggested for the retrofit
