| The Nautilus Hip ABduction Machine
Retrofit The SS Retrofit Cam for the Nautilus ABduction Standalone is the same as for the AB of the Combo machine, however, its drive sprocket must be located on the left side of the cam, just opposite of the Combo machine. Also, it is required that a steel brace in the workbox be excised to permit the Keflar conversion drive to pass.
Reengineered Machine The ABduction machine is a Nautilus Standalone model. In addition to the retrofit products, this complete machine also has had its uncomfortable ankle side pads removed from the movement arms. An extra back pad is included to accomplish better alignment of smaller subjects. Extra thigh pads are included to gain maximum range of motion and proper cam timing. A head elevation pad is also included to effect proper head and neck neutrality. Part of its drive has Keflar conversion.
