The Linear Spine Flexion™ Machine

This unique machine was first conceived as an ideal abdominal device. After noting that it instantly relieved back pain in some cases and helped in most, we noticed that it worked the buttocks deeply and the hamstrings somewhat due to the involved hip extension. This leads to the conclusion that we have a purest abdominal machine in the sense that for the first time the hip flexors are neurologically turned off by virtue of the intense hip extensor contraction simultaneous with abdominal contraction.

Also noted was that MedX testing and exercise progressed better when coupled to a Linear Spine Flexion set that preceded the MedX exercise.

The wildest bonus was the discovery that this movement completely alleviates menstrual cramps within six repetitions that do not return, if they return, until the next cycle (month).

It was recently noted by a medical historian that there have been no completely new products in exercise equipment since the days of the Zander (1865-1917) other than the Nautilus Pullover (1968) by Arthur Jones and the two Linear Spine machines.(1992 and 1994) by SuperSlow® Systems.
