  • Standard finish is white powder coat. Standard upholstery is black. Special colors may require a surcharge.
  • We have improved our delivery with the addition of our own delivery trucks and professional delivery personnel.
  • Standard delivery is 45 days for products in the Starter Package. Products outside that group require more time (usually an additional 3-4 weeks). Linear Spine machines require 90-120 days. As more products are brought on-line with complete jigging, their delivery times will also decrease to within the 45-day range.
  • Purchases of less than $1,000.00 require full payment at time of order placement. Purchases over $1,500.00 require a 50% deposit to begin production, and payment in full by certified funds (cashiers check) is required before delivery. Deposits are expedited by the use of certified funds, since production is commenced only after moneys are cleared by local banks. Even money orders have been held by the banks.
  • Since major financial outlays are made based on customer deposits, there can be no refunds once production begins.
  • Before ordering, please phone regarding the purchase of any of these products. Prices do not include shipping costs, packaging/crating costs, or state sales taxes (if applicable).
